Book Competition accepting entries [Worldwide]

Writers, editors and publishers can enter a book competition and compete for cash prizes.

The Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is organizing the Banff Centre Mountain Book Competition. A key program of the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival, the book competition is an internationally recognized literary competition that celebrates mountain literature in all its forms.

Books can be submitted to eight categories: adventure travel, mountain fiction and poetry, guidebook, mountain image, mountain article, mountain literature, and climbing literature.

Each book entry must include four finished copies of the book or two advance reading copies.

Entries must be first editions published in 2021 or 2022.

A total of US$20,000 in cash prizes will be awarded.

The deadline is June 30.
