Journalists interested in climate action and energy transition plans in Asian countries can attend this webinar series.
The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) is organizing the webinar series “Long-term energy scenarios for developing national energy transition plans in Asia” from Aug. 2 to Sept. 20. The series is hosted by IRENA’s LTES Network and in collaboration with United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).
The webinar series consists of eight sessions, where government officials from Asian countries will share their experiences in developing and using long-term energy scenarios. Confirmed countries include Bhutan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines and South Korea, with more to be announced soon.
