Culture resource launches Stand for Art program [MENA]

Artists and cultural actors in the MENA region can apply for this program.

Culture Resource is accepting applications for its Stand for Art program, intended for those who are in danger or at risk because of their artistic output or cultural activities or because of circumstances in their environment.

The program aims to support the physical and mental well-being of cultural actors and to safeguard their rights to free speech and to live and work in a safe environment, by covering their living expenses in any country in the Arab region or abroad for up to six months.

The program also provides legal support and covers round-trip airfare to any country in the Arab region or abroad and related travel expenses (internal transportation expenses, visa costs, etc.).
