Journalists and media professionals can attend this free course.
Writer and philosopher Djamila Ribeiro has launched the course “Counter-hegemonic journalism: Thoughts for a new present,” in partnership with YouTube Brasil and the Brazilian Association of Investigative Journalism.
The course seeks to present an overview of how journalism can be more diverse and inclusive in ten lessons. The program features topics on disinformation, black feminism theory, standpoint theory, and black, feminist, LGBTQIA+ and indigenous press.
Classes are available to watch on YouTube and are published on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
