Grants environmental journalism projects available [Colombia]

Journalists living in Colombia can apply for this opportunity.

The United for the Forests initiative, led by the Foundation for Conservation and Sustainable Development (FCDS) and the Norwegian Embassy in Colombia, invites journalists to submit story proposals on the impacts of deforestation in the country and its possible solutions.

The 20 best proposals will receive an incentive of COP5 million (US$1,270) to produce the story. Selected journalists will also attend three webinars on deforestation.

The deadline to apply is June 17.
