Grants for projects on climate, ecological crisis available for journalists [Francophone countries]

French-speaking science journalists interested in ecological, health or food issues related to the climate and environmental crisis are invited to apply.

To foster journalistic investigations on scientific subjects related to the climate and ecological crisis, the World Conference of Francophone Science Journalists (CMJSF) has established a Research Fund and is offering investigative grants. The fund covers many fields, including biodiversity, agriculture, health and energy.

Proposed investigative projects must be linked to the climate and ecological crisis. Collaborations with journalists from Africa and other regions are encouraged.

Selected projects will receive shared funding of EUR16,000.

The application deadline is July 31.
