IJNET: Vacancy exists for Arabic translator [MENA]

Journalists with three to five years of experience who are fluent in English and Arabic can apply for this part-time position.

The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), a nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., is hiring a translator for its IJNet Arabic site.

The Arabic translator will work closely with the IJNet Arabic editor. Responsibilities include writing training opportunities in Arabic, translating opportunities from English to Arabic and vice-versa. The ideal candidate will also translate articles and resources from English to Arabic and occasionally from Arabic to English.

Previous experience in translation is required.
