Governor Darius Ishaku of Taraba State has denied alleged maginalisation against the Muslim community across the state.
The Muslim Council of Nigeria (MCN) in the state had accused the state government under Ishaku of maginalising Muslims, especially in the areas of appointments.
But the Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Danjuma Adamu, and the Chief of Staff, Government House, Haruna Gbana, stated in Jalingo, at the weekend, that the state government viewed the allegation as an attempt to disrupt the peace in the state, particularly among Christians and Muslims.
