Journalists with experience covering women’s issues can apply for this remote position
Center for Women’s Global Leadership is looking for a consultant for the Journalism Initiative on Gender-based Violence (JiG).
Responsibilities include launching a newly created standard-setting guide (developed by journalists for journalists); maintaining a multimedia digital tool for journalists reporting on gender-based violence; working with women journalists to develop a safety and accountability strategy for women journalists reporting on gender-based violence; and more.
Candidates must have an understanding of current issues relating to gender-based violence; a masters or equivalent experience in journalism and/or media; and a minimum of five years of experience working with a team within an institution.
The deadline is June 4.
