Journalism award seeks entries [Belgium]

French-speaking journalists, Belgian or not, who have a professional journalist or trainee journalist credentials issued in Belgium can compete.

The Parliament of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation awards its annual journalism prizes. The 2021 edition will reward the Television and Internet categories.

This prize is open to French-speaking journalists, Belgian or not, who hold the title of professional journalist under the terms of the law of Dec. 30, 1963 or who hold the trainee card issued by the AJP.

Only works produced between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021, are eligible. The prize money is EUR4,000 for the Television category and EUR2,500 for the Internet category. The journalism awards will be presented in early January 2022.

The deadline is Sept. 20.
