Journalists in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, the Maldives and Sri Lanka can apply for this workshop.
The Public Media Alliance (PMA) and Media Action Nepal (MAN), in partnership with UNESCO New Delhi Office and the UNESCO International Program for the Development of Communication (IPDC), are organizing a workshop Sept. 28 to 30 in Nepal.
Participants will learn about conflict sensitive journalism, journalists’ safety and self-regulation.
The organizers will cover flights, accommodation, meals and ground transportation..
Applicants must have at least three years of experience.
The application deadline is July 2.
