Francophone students in their final year of journalism can compete.
Tournez S’il Vous Plaît (TSVP), in partnership with PUBLIC SÉNAT, has launched the Graine de Doc competition to identify new documentary talent and offer them a springboard into filmmaking.
The competition aims to promote films that take a unique look at France, its society, regions and upheavals. This year’s theme is “Creating Connections.”
The winner will receive a paid contract with TSVP to produce their first documentary starting in September, which will be broadcast on PUBLIC SÉNAT.
Contestants do not have to be nationals of a French-speaking country but must be able to present their project in French.
The deadline is May 3.
