Registration ongoing for online investigative, fact-checking training for journalists [Latin America]

Local journalists can register for this online training in Spanish.

Distintas Latitude launches “Desde nuestro interior,” a training cycle for local journalists working on issues related to gender, environment and migration in Latin America.

The program will take place in March and has four sessions, including reporting with a human rights perspective, investigative tools and fact-checking and solutions journalism.

Participants will have one month to work on a local story with a focus on solutions. The piece will be published in the nterior Latam newsletter.

The total cost of the program is US$50 or US$15 per session. Scholarships are available.
