Eligible topics for stories may include: territory invasion; theft and destruction of Indigenous heritage; corruption and neglect perpetrated by authorities and corporations; violence against Indigenous people in the fight for their rights; testimonials and unpublished information that prove violence in recent history.

Five story proposals will be granted BRL7,500 each. The reporters will also be mentored by journalists at Agência Pública.
