Thomson Reuters Foundation offers course on human trafficking, modern day slavery [India]

Journalists with at least three years of experience in India can apply for this online training.

The Thomson Reuters Foundation, with support from the Laudes Foundation, is organizing an online course “Reporting on human trafficking and modern day slavery” April 26 to 30.

The workshop offers a combination of specialist expertise and hands-on training, with an emphasis on producing high-impact stories for widespread dissemination.

Participants must commit to four hours of live classes per day during the week, with one to two hours of offline reading or assignments.

The deadline is April 16.
