Young people ages 10 to 24 can enter this contest.
The U.S. Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centers and Associations (USFUCA), UNESCO Center for Peace and World Genesis Foundation organize the UNESCO Clubs 2021 Worldwide Youth Multimedia Competition.
The contest will focus on how COVID-19 has tested human solidarity. Contestants must address lessons that will help shape the future, for example, in education, employment, development and more.
Eligible works include a 3-minute multimedia production, an essay with 500 to 700 words or artwork. Translations or subtitles for projects not submitted in English do not have to be perfect.
Three finalists in three age groups will be invited to UNESCO’s Builders of the Universe Camp at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, United States. Finalists will receive a scholarship covering the fee for the camp, food, accommodations, and transport to and from the airport. Airfare is not included.
